We have a Current, Large & validated Database available in-house, to fulfill client requirements for all functional areas & levels in an organization. Drawing on a vast pool of resources we ensure that our clients have access to best of breed professionals from the relevant skills / functional areas, delivered to aggressive timelines. We cover our services with a Service Level Agreement & replacement warranties.

We first conduct a search for the “best fit” candidates from our rich database, followed by a screening by way of a preliminary interview. Once a candidate qualifies that stage, we set up a client interview. We also have access to all the job portals, besides being able to discreetly advertise for these positions. Sometimes, advertised Selection is an appropriate choice to reach the widest possible candidate base from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets.
